Billie Piper is a 16 year old girl from Swindon. She took the charts by storm when she released her first single "Because we want to" which shot straight to #1, knocking off "3 lions on a shirt". Billie went on to release her second single "Girlfriend" which also entered the charts at #1, making Billie a pop-sensation of '98. She released a third single towards the end of '98 called "She wants you" which made it to #3 in the charts.
Billie's debut album "Honey to the B" has attained platinum status and contains all three singles that have been released.
